THE NBPA AND NBA2K ARE WARMING UP WINTER FOR THE BASKETBALL COMMUNITY WITH THE #NBPA450GIVES MOBILE TOUR IN THREE MAJOR CITIES ACROSS THE U.S.

Beginning on November 10, the #NBPA450Gives holiday bus will stop in Phoenix, San Antonio, and Houston, giving the basketball community the chance to win prizes and support Black and Brown-owned businesses in their own cities

NEW YORK, NY, November 3, 2023 – The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) today announced its three-city #NBPA450Gives Mobile Tour presented by NBA2K. This mobile tour will reward the basketball community with prizes from NBPA partners, player appearances powered by Panini, and complimentary breakfast treats from Black and Brown-owned businesses in each city. Tipping off on November 10, the #NBPA450Gives holiday bus will stop in three major cities across the United States, including Phoenix, Arizona, San Antonio, Texas, and Houston, Texas respectively.

In addition to delivering different breakfast treats throughout the tour, the NBPA will also give the basketball community a chance to win prizes as part of the #NBPA450Gives online daily giveaway in partnership with FindKeep.Love. The daily giveaway will tip off on November 24 in Houston, and each day for 14 days, the #NBPA450Gives bus will reveal a new prize that individuals can win. Additionally, as part of a bonus giveaway, beginning on November 10, individuals will have a chance to win a trip to New York City to train like a pro at NBPA headquarters.

In each of the three cities, the NBPA will partner with local restaurants and coffee shops to stock the traveling bus with each shop's favorite menu item, such as local artisanal pop tarts from Süss Pastries and Chilte in Phoenix, a Black and Latino-owned restaurant that was voted one of Bon Appétit's 24 Best Restaurants in America this year; and doughnuts from Southern Roots Vegan Bakery in San Antonio.

As individuals visit the traveling bus, they will have an opportunity to scan a “Click & Receive" QR code that will be printed on the exterior of the bus. By scanning this "Click & Receive" QR code, individuals will receive a complimentary snack while supplies last and the opportunity to enter the sweepstakes for the #NBPA450Gives daily giveaway. By entering the sweepstakes for the #NBP450Gives daily giveaway, individuals will become eligible to win a prize on the day of their entry and thereafter.

This year, the #NBPA450Gives daily giveaway is hosted by FindKeep.Love and allows individuals to enter the sweepstakes to potentially win select prizes. This year's prize partners include Sherika Wynter vegan leather goods, Snipes, New Era, Panini, Mitchell & Ness, 3rd Eye View, Champion, Liquid Death, Lenovo Legion Go, and presenting partner NBA2K.

"The #NBPA450Gives Mobile Tour is just one of the many ways the NBPA celebrates and engages with the basketball culture on the community level," said Que Gaskins, President of THINK450. "We are excited to expand this platform in year three and bring NBPA 450 Gives to these three major cities in the U.S. to provide the basketball community and culture with some amazing prizes on behalf of our partners.”

In partnership with Panini America, the #NBPA450Gives Mobile Tour will feature special guest appearances by current and former players at select locations.
